At Dreamlyy, we want you to fall in love with your sleep. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simple as that.

60-Night Risk-Free Trial

We mean it when we say risk-free. You have 60 nights from the date of delivery to decide if Dreamlyy is for you. That's two full months to sleep on it.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • A £10 return and processing fee applies per order
  • All returns must be requested through our return portal.
  • Once approved, you'll receive a return label. Please use it within 7 days

Heads up: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Unopened items — Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method
  • Opened or lightly used items — Eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they are still in like-new condition
  • Refund timing — Refunds are issued within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected
  • If your original payment method is no longer active, we'll issue your refund as store credit
  • Return shipping fees are deducted from your final refund or store credit

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? No problem. Simply return your original item and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we'll process the exchange.

  • If the new item's price differs, we'll charge or refund the difference
  • Please note: Exchanged items are final sale

Pre-Orders

  • You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
  • After 7 days, pre-orders are eligible for store credit only, provided the item is in like-new condition
  • To cancel before shipment, use the link in your confirmation email or reach out to us at dreamlyysleep@gmail.com

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every order with care — but if something arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, we've got you.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there's an issue, contact us within 7 days at dreamlyysleep@gmail.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A photo of the SKU label on the packaging

Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, size, and colour. Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
